Several weeks ago my "big box store" bbq grill was rendered useless. A gas burner split and flames engulfed the lower portion of the grill head. Fortunately I was able to turn off the LP tank. This incident prompted a decision to stop buying "disposable" grills even though this last grill cost over $700.00. After doing research on the web, I visited your website and sent in questions to your customer service center. Minutes after hitting the send key my phone rang and you started answering my laundry list of questions. Let me give you my impressions of the Bull BBQ Angus Grill and cart. The grill and cart arrived in two boxes. I started assembling the cart which consisted of attaching the casters, the door handles, and side shelves. The casters are over engineered for the size and weight of the grill unit, and this is a good thing. I have had grills with plastic casters that are almost useless; Bull BBQ uses casters that could move large, heavy pieces of furniture. The next surprise was the door handles/pulls for the cart. Solid, well finished and more suited for a large door. At this point I realized I had purchased a top grade bbq grill. The grill head fit perfectly onto the cart and within minutes I was ready to test. The cast burners caught my attention; the design, material, and weight suggest many years of use as do the heat deflectors and stainless steel flavor bars. Each burner ignited on the first try and handled different volume settings easily. Tonight the lamb chops hit the grill for the inaugural meal. My advice to those looking for a BBQ grill is to put your hands on a top grade grill and trust your instincts; check the quality of metal used, look at and feel the burners, the heat deflectors, flavor bars, knobs, etc.. Do not get faked out by brand names and add on features. I was looking for a well built BBQ grill not a cheesy entertainment center.
